Our service operates on a "No Win, No Fee" basis. By using our service, you agree to pay a success fee of 10% of the total amount recovered or the total debt cleared. No upfront payments are required.
You agree to provide accurate information and copies of your utility bills for analysis. You confirm that you are the legal account holder or have the authority to act on behalf of the account holder.
While we use expert legal methods, the final decision on refunds or debt cancellation remains with the utility companies or relevant housing authorities. We do not guarantee a refund if no errors are found during the audit.
You may withdraw your request at any time before legal documents are formally filed with the utility provider.
